• Accommodation is based on overnight and breakfast in standard rooms.
• Hotel parking is free for participants which use accommodation.

• Prices contain the sojourn tax and VAT.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions:

• The reservation for Participation Fee and Accomodation is valid until the due date stated on the pro forma invoice or invoice. If payment is not made by the specified date, accomodation reservation is cancelled.

• Cancellation of reservation, registration and accommodation is possible only in written form. In case of non-cancellation, the reservation will be fully charged.

• Cancellation of paid Accomodation arrangements:

  • for cancellation from 14 to 8 days before the Conference the Organizer retains 40% of the cost of the arrangement
  • for cancellation from 7 to 3 days before the Conference the Organizer retains 80% of the cost of the arrangement
  • for cancellation from 3 to 0 day the participant is not entitled to a refund, as well as participants who have not canceled their arrival in written form.

• Cancellation of paid Participation Fees

  • for cancellation to 3 days before the Conference the Organizer refunds 100% of the paid amount
  • for cancellation to 1 day before the Conference the Organizer refunds 50% of the paid amount (despite the cancellation, the applicant will receive a printed Proceedings and access to the Electronic Proceedings).
