Patrons and Co-organizers

Includes the Basic Package.

Fee to the Organizer: 464,53 EUR (3.500,00 kn).

Beside the Basic Package, it includes:

• a thematic lecture (a presentation of a company, its solutions, products, services, experience, implemented projects, references etc.) in the time up to 15 minutes within the Conferences' programme
or
• a targeted thematic one-on-one talk (about a company, its solutions, products, services, experience, implemented projects, references etc.) between a representative of Co-organizer and Organizer, with an option of showing a shorter film or an animation or a shorter presentation in the background, in the total time up to 15 minutes within the Conferences' programme

• a page in the Proceedings with a title and summary of the presentation (lecture or targeted thematic interview) along with the basic data about presenter (lecturer or participant of the interview).

Fee to the Organizer: 663,61 EUR (5.000,00 kn).

Beside the Basic Package, it includes:

• an exhibition on an exhibition space that is located next to the conference hall, when each exhibition unit is equipped with a table and two chairs on an area of about 4 square meters, where is possible to present products, solutions, services, to distribute brochures and catalogues and to make deals and negotiate with participants and other co-organizers etc.

Fee to the Organizer: 663,61 EUR (5.000,00 kn).

Beside the Basic Package, it includes:

Beside the Basic Package, it includes:

• a thematic lecture (a presentation of a company, its solutions, products, services, experience, implemented projects, references etc.) in the time up to 15 minutes within the Conferences' programme
or
• a targeted thematic one-on-one talk (about a company, its solutions, products, services, experience, implemented projects, references etc.) between a representative of Co-organizer and Organizer, with an option of showing a shorter film or an animation or a shorter presentation in the background, in the total time up to 15 minutes within the Conferences' programme
or
• an exhibition on an exhibition space that is located next to the conference hall, when each exhibition unit is equipped with a table and two chairs on an area of about 4 square meters, where is possible to present products, solutions, services, to distribute brochures and catalogues and to make deals and negotiate with participants and other co-organizers etc.

• a page in the Proceedings with a title and summary of the presentation (lecture or targeted thematic interview) along with the basic data about presenter (lecturer or participant of the interview)

• a display of a Special Co-organizer logo on the participants accrediations and its display as as 'Special Co-organizer' in all Conferences' materials.

Fee to the Organizer: 1.327,23 EUR (10.000,00 kn).

Beside the Basic Package, it includes:

• refreshment (coffee, juice, water, rolls etc.) during the coffee break, that will be organized by the Organizer on behalf of the Co-organizer

• display of the Co-organizer’s logo and other promotional materials in the Coffee Break room

• announcement of the Coffee Break and display of the Co-organizer’s logo in the printed Conferences' Programme as well as on the Forum web page in the Coffee Break room and on the conference room screen.

Fee to the Organizer: 1.459,95 EUR (11.000,00 kn).

Beside the Basic Package, it includes:

• refreshment (coffee, juice, water, rolls etc.) during the coffee break, that will be organized by the Organizer on behalf of the Co-organizer

• display of the Co-organizer’s logo and other promotional materials in the Coffee Break room

• announcement of the Coffee Break and display of the Co-organizer’s logo in the printed Forum Programme as well as on the Forum web page in the Coffee Break room and on the conference room screen

• an exhibition on an exhibition space that is located next to the conference hall, when each exhibition unit is equipped with a table and two chairs on an area of about 4 square meters, where is possible to present products, solutions, services, to distribute brochures and catalogues and to make deals and negotiate with participants and other co-organizers etc.

Fee to the Organizer: 1.858,12 EUR (14.000,00 kn).

Other forms and options for co-organization (e.g. combinations of the mentioned options or something else at the request of the Co-organizer) as well as their prices are to be agreed with the Organizer, for example:
• Thematic Section Co-organizer
• Round Table Co-organizer etc.
